Guarnaschelli has since been Judge on the show and in 2011 competed in The Next Iron Chef season four. She was third place finisher. She was a contestant and won in an episode of the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. After the fourth season, she was Geoffrey Zakarian's sous chef. Her role as host for The Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008. There, she teaches a small group of students in how to recreate classic dishes.
